PRIVACY POLICY

Flytrex Inc. (“we”, “us” or “Flytrex”) provides an on-demand delivery service (the "Service"). The Service may be provided via the Flytrex mobile application or software (the "Software") including in the context of providing services to Flytrex’s customers (the “Customers”).

Flytrex respects your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. This privacy policy details how we collect, use and store information and data that we receive, including through the Application or through the Flytrex Internet website or various social media accounts (collectively, the "Sites"). If you have any comments or questions about our privacy policies, please contact us at privacy@flytrex.com.

As used in this privacy policy, “Personal Data” means information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address.

Information We Collect

‍We We collect certain information when you create an account or otherwise use the Software. Such information includes your name, address, phone number, email address and your order information (including items to deliver, their prices,  dimension and weight), retailer name and address, as well as the location, address and/or location coordinates of any deliveries that we make.

You may also log into the Software through a third party authentication framework used by us, which may for example include your Facebook or Google account. In such event, we receive personal information about you which is provided by such social network, which includes your name and your photograph or likeness. Please check the policies of the applicable authentication framework in order to understand what information we receive.

When you contact us from the Site or the Software, we collect such information as your name, email address and the content of your request.  When you contact us from the Site in order to apply for a job offering, we collect all the information included in your CV, as well as your name and email address.

The Software and Site will also record certain information automatically, such as your IP address, application version and technical information regarding mobile device or computer, operating system and browser. The Software will also record technical information regarding its operations and performance. In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason such as, for example, if you provide us with any information regarding logs, errors or bugs in the Software or any customer chats with us.

We collect Android's App Set ID from your device when you use our application downloaded from Google Play.  We use the App Set ID for the purposes of functionality, analytics and fraud prevention, security, and compliance, and account management. We do not connect the App Set ID to any Android advertising identifiers (for example, AAIDs) or any Personal Data for advertising purposes. We process the App Set ID in accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy.

You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using the Software or the Site you agree to provide us with such information and you understand that we will not be able to provide you with the relevant Services without such information.

‍How We Use Information

‍We will not share your Personal Data with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth in the policy. We may use personal and other information internally. For example, we may use personal and other information to improve our technology and algorithms, to help diagnose problems with our servers, or to make the Site, Services or Software more useful for you and for our other customers.

WWe use and share Personal Data as needed in order to fulfill your order. We may share this Personal Data with our third party subcontractors that we use to assist in fulfilling your order. For example, we use third party payment processors to assist in processing your payment details. While we do not retain the actual payment method information, we do retain and/or have access to information about charges, refunds, as well as historical information regarding the same. If we receive your Personal Data in connection with the provision of Services to our Customers, we may share such Personal Data with the applicable Customer. Use of your Personal Data by such Customer shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Customer.  In addition,  we may share Personal Data with respect to the order’s content (Items ordered, time of order, etc.)  and sometimes the contact details (full name, email and phone number) of the person placing the order with the retailer with which your order was placed. Use of your Personal Data by such retailer shall be subject to the privacy policy of the retailer.

We are subject to regulatory requirements that require us to retain certain flight data. Such requirements may also require us to share flight data with the aviation regulators in your jurisdiction, such as the Federal Aviation Administration, or with third party entities that provide unmanned traffic management services on their behalf or entities that conduct or operate simulated or actual flights of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS)  in order to coordinate the drone flights.

In addition, we use certain third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services in order to provide you with our Services. These third party services may use content, including your Personal Data, for improvement of their services and AI models in accordance with the relevant third party’s policies.

By analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new services can be considered and so the Software, Site and associated Services can be tailored to customer desires. We may shareStatistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion.

We may also use analytics tools to collect Internet traffic data and other information about the use of the Software and Site. Such third party tools may collect information such as how often users visit the Site or Software, and what other sites you used prior to coming to the Site or Software. GoogleAnalytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Site and/or Software, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use ofGoogle Analytics with personally identifiable information. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Site, Software and Services.

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about yourvisits to the Site or Software is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms ofUse located at  https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/us/ and the Google Privacy Policy located at  https://policies.google.com/privacy.

In addition, we may share your Personal Data with:

       Members of our corporate family, or third party vendors or service providers, such as third party drone operators performing deliveries on our behalf, point-of-sale integration channels, cloud infrastructure platforms, Application Monitoring Service, email services, chat services, CRMs and payment platforms . We may also authorize third party vendors or service providers to collect information on our behalf.  We will require members of our corporate family and third party vendors to follow practices that protect your privacy rights on a level at least as restrictive as the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

       Business partners with whom we mayjointly offer products or services, or whose products or services may beoffered through the Software or the Site. You can tell when a third party isinvolved in a product or service because their name will appear, either aloneor with ours. If you choose to use these products or services, we may shareinformation about you, including your Personal Data, with those partners.Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of these third partybusiness partners. If you wish to no longer allow that third party to use yourinformation, please contact that third party directly.

       Referring websites.  If you were referred to this Site or ourSoftware from another site (for example, through a link), we may share some information about you with that referring website. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website that referred you here. Additionally, when you link to one of our partners from our Site or Software, we provide that partner with a unique identifier so they know that you were referred from ourSite or Software, as applicable. This unique identifier will not contain any of your Personal Data.

‍How we Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data and other data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Subject to any obligations that we may have pursuant to applicable law and regulations, including obligations to any regulatory authority or if needed to protect us incases of litigation, we will delete any Personal Data provided to us by a user upon either (a) the receipt of a written request by such user sent to email address: privacy@flytrex.com, or, (b) upon the termination of such user’s account with Flytrex via the Flytrex's app or Software. Subject to such obligations pursuant to applicable law and regulations, including obligations to any regulatory authority, or if needed to protect us in cases of litigation, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such Personal Data within 90 days of termination of an account. Please do note, that as per FAA requirement, we are required to retain documentation of consent for a three year period.  We cannot restore information once it has been deleted. Subject to our obligations pursuant to applicable law, we may retain and not delete data that does not itself identify any individual user or household‍

A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to a visitor’s browser. The browser provides this piece of text to the device of the originating visitor when this visitor returns. Please note that some features of the Site or Software may not function properly when cookies are disabled or removed.  The specific names and types of the cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies we use may change from time to time. However, the cookies we use generally fall into one of the following categories:

        Necessary - These cookies are necessary in order to allow the Site and/or Software to work correctly. They enable you to access the Site and/or Software, move around, and access different services, features, and tools. Examples include remembering previous actions (e.g. entered text) when navigating back to a page in the same session. These cookies cannot be disabled.

        Functionality - These cookies remember your settings and preferences and the choices you make (such as language or regional preferences)in order to help us personalize your experience and offer you enhanced functionality and content.

        Security - These cookies can help us identify and prevent security risks. They may be used to store your session information to prevent others from changing your password without your login information.

        Performance/Analytics - These cookies can help us collect information to help us understand how you use our Site and/or Software, for example whether you have viewed messages or specific pages and how long you spent on each page.This helps us improve the performance of our Site and/or Software.

        Advertising - These cookies are placed in order to deliver content, including ads relevant and meaningful to you and your interests. They may also be used to deliver targeted advertising or to limit the number of times you see an advertisement. This can help us track how efficient advertising campaigns are, both for our own services and for other websites.Such cookies may track your browsing habits and activity when visiting our Site and/or Software and those of third parties.

Device Settings. By changing your device settings, you can prevent your device’s ad identifier being used for interest-based advertising, or you can reset your device’s ad identifier. Typically, you can find the ad identifier settings under “privacy” or “ads” in your device’s settings, although settings may vary from device to device. Adjusting your preferences as described in this section herein does not mean you will no longer receive advertisements; it only means the advertisements that you do see will be less relevant to your interests.

Third Party Sites and Services

‍We are not responsible for the use of any data by third parties, and we cannot vouch for the privacy policies of any third party. The Site or Software may link to or use web sites or services belonging to third parties, including third party payment processing services. We have no control over third-party sites or services, and all use of third-party sites or services is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for the privacy policies of any such sites or services. We are not responsible for content available by means of such sites or services. We do not endorse any services or offered by third parties and we urge our users to exercise caution in using third-party sites or services. Flytrex employs technologies of some Third-Party Services to enhance interaction with users and for improving its Site or Software: Facebook Analytics services (Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy), Google Analytics (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy), Firebase (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Sentry (Privacy Policy: https://sentry.io/privacy/).  Such Third-Party Services shall be liable for cookies they install on your device. All Third-Party Services receive data in an encrypted format. Data available to Third-Party Services does not allow identifying you.

Communications

‍We may send you email or other messages about us or our products and Services as well as email messages about products and services of selected third parties. By accepting the Terms of Service (including the terms of this Privacy Policy which are incorporated therein), End User LicenseAgreement (including the terms of this Privacy Policy which are incorporated therein) or using the Site or the Software, you affirmatively consent to receive such commercial messages.  As a registered member, you can remove your Personal Data from our mailing list and to stop receiving future communication from us by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or by emailing us at support@flytrex.com. You will also be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from commercial messages in any such email or other message we send.  Please note that we reserve the right to send you service related communications, including service announcements and administrative messages, relating either to your account or to your transactions on this Site, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them unless you cancel your account.
 
Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

Correcting or Updating your Information

‍Depending on your location and which laws apply to you, we allow you to view the information you provided and to alter any data, inaccuracies or errors. To request such access, or correct, update, or amend your Personal Data please contact us at the following e-mail address: support@flytrex.com. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you Services.  If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you Services, please contact us at the e-mail address listed above. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Other Uses or Transfer of Your Information

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or behavior of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal behavior. We may share your data with our affiliates, which affiliates may be located in countries other than your own.We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside the United States, Canada or the European Union. All our affiliates and subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business. We may transfer our databases containing information if we sell our business or part of it and/or during negotiations for the same. We may transfer our databases in cases of liquidation.

CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE

We at Flytrex Aviation Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our"or “Company”) recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our employment applicants. This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect from you when you apply for a position with us via the Comeet platform. This Privacy Notice also explains how we process, transfer, store and disclose the information collected, as well as your ability to control certain uses of the collected information. "You" means the applicant.

"Personal Data" means any information that refers, is related to, or is associated with an identified or identifiable individual or as otherwise may be defined by applicable law. This Privacy Notice details which Personal Data we collect when you apply for a position in our organization.

Personal Data We Collect

We receive personal data about you as a candidate for positions at the Company, such as: contact information, address, Curriculum Vitae (resumé) information (including information such as skills, work experience, education), notes submitted with the application, URL of your LinkedIn and other online profiles, the position for which you have been or are being considered, the source who submitted your candidacy (e.g., recruiting agency, referral), email correspondences between you, the Company and between the Company and other sources (such as recruiting agency and referrals) about your candidacy, information from references, events in the lifecycle of your candidacy, your responses to questionnaires sent to you by us, information about your candidacy and employment options (such as availability to be hired and salary expectations), evaluations of your candidacy, internal discussions within the Company about your candidacy, materials you or other parties (such as evaluators or background check providers) submitted in relation to your candidacy. If you submit your candidacy by email, or online, then you are the main source of the personal data. Your personal data can also originate from other sources, such as LinkedIn profile, recruitment agencies, headhunters, and referrals.

We also collect any materials including images and/or pictures and/or photos and/or documents (such as your CV) you may upload to Comeet platform.

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with any such Personal Data. It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any Personal Data, but if you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to review your candidacy.

How We Use Your Personal Data

General. We will use your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, including as needed to evaluate and consider you as a candidate for positions, in accordance with our processes and policies for evaluating employment candidates, to contact you for your candidacy status and interviews, to schedule meetings, interviews, and assignments amongst others.

Sharing the Personal Data We Collect

Comeet. We use the Comeet platform for the application process. Comeet is authorized to use your Personal Data as necessary to provide these services or as otherwise authorized by us. Comeet’s privacy policy is available

Service Providers and Subcontractors. We disclose information, including Personal Data we collect from and/or about you, to our trusted service providers and subcontractors, who use such information to: (1) help us in connection with the application process; (2) aid in their understanding of how users are using our Services.

We may share your general recruitment status with third parties who submitted your candidacy to us.

If your details are submitted to the Company by a third party (such as an employee of the Company or a recruiting agency), the Company can give the third-party access to your name, photo, and some of the general recruitment status.

If you apply to a job opening using a unique referral link that was provided to you by an employee of the Company to which you are applying, the Company may share some of your general recruitment status, without identifying you by name, with the person that provided you the referral link.

The purpose of sharing the above information is to provide feedback to third parties who submit candidates to the Company regarding their submission.

International Transfers. By accepting this Privacy Notice, you acknowledge and agree that we may share data with our affiliates and/or use subcontractors and service providers who are located in countries other than your own and may send them information we receive(including Personal Data).

Business Transfers. Your Personal Data may be disclosed as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition (including in cases of liquidation). In such case, yourPersonal Data shall continue being subject to the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

Law Enforcement Related Disclosure. We may share your Personal Data with third parties: (i) if we believe in good faith that disclosure is appropriate to protect our or a third party's rights, property or safety (including the enforcement of this Privacy Notice);(ii) as is necessary to comply with any legal and/or regulatory obligation; or (iii)when required by subpoena, court order or the order of another governmental or law enforcement authority.

Legal Uses. We may use your Personal Data as required or permitted by any applicable law, for example, to comply with audit and other legal requirements.

Security

We make efforts to follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to and collected by us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. As the security of information depends in part on the security of the computer you use to communicate with us and the security you use to protect user IDs and passwords, please take appropriate measures to protect this information.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to see any Personal Data you have provided to us and request that such PersonalData be corrected or updated by emailing us at

Data Retention

Subject to applicable law, we retain Personal Data as necessary for the purposes set forth above. We may delete information from our systems without notice to you once we deem it is no longer necessary for these purposes.

In some circumstances, we may store your Personal Data for longer periods of time, for instance where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, audit, accounting requirements and so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your PersonalData or dealings.

Communications

We reserve the right to send you service-related communications in connection with your application, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. In the event that you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to keep it up to date with legal requirements and the way we operate our business, and we will place any updates on this web page.
