Flytrex Aviation, Ltd. ("we", "us" or "Flytrex") provides a multi-rotor black box that records flight parameters for users' flights (the "Product"), and a website located at that allows pilots to log and manage their flight details (the "Site").

Information We Collect

If you use the Site by logging in through "Facebook Connect" or another social network, we receive personal information about you which is provided by such social network, which includes your name and your photograph or likeness. Please check the policies of the applicable social network in order to understand what information we receive.

We collect and store your activity while using the Product and Site. If you upload any data regarding flights to the Site, we will collect and retain information about your flight, such as its duration, location, speed and altitude. We also collect other information that you may provide through the Site, such as regarding materials you post or upload, content that you have accessed, or your recommendation regarding the content provided by others.

The Site will also record certain information automatically, such as your IP address, mobile device or computer, operating system and browser. In addition, we collect any information you provide when you contact us for any reason. You are not required by law to provide us with any of the information described herein, but by using the Site and/or the Product you agree to provide us with such information.

How We Use Information

We will not share your Personal Information with third parties without your explicit permission, except when required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order or as otherwise expressly set forth herein.

We may use Personal Information and other information internally - for example, to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to make the Site or Product more useful for you and for our other customers. When you create a profile on the Site, some Personal Information may be made public automatically, such as your name and photograph or likeness. If you choose to make your flight data "public", it will be displayed publicly on our Site and we may use such data as set forth in our website Terms and Conditions. If you choose to make your flight data "private", we will make reasonable commercial efforts to keep your data private. By analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users ("Statistical Information"). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new services can be considered and so the Site, Product and associated services can be tailored to customer desires. We may share Statistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion. In addition, we may provide any information and flight data to third parties, so long as we have removed any information that identifies any specific individual or user, such as a name, address or contact information.

We may also use analytics tools (such as "Google Analytics") to collect traffic data and other information about the use of the Product and Site. Such third party tools may collect information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages you visit when you do so, and what other sites you used prior to coming to the Site.


When you post or upload materials, please remember that any information publicly disclosed in this venue will not be considered Personal Information by us. You should exercise caution when disclosing any information (including Personal Information) in such a venue, as you do not know who will access or use such information and for what purposes.

How we Protect Information

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We will delete any Personal Information provided to us by a user upon the receipt of a written request by such user. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 14. In the event you become aware that an individual under the age of 14 has enrolled without parental permission, please advise us immediately.

Other Uses or Transfer of Your Information

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or behavior of any user suspected to have engaged in illegal behavior.

We may use subcontractors that are located in countries other than your own, and send them information we receive. For example, we may send your information to any countries outside the United States, Canada or the European Union. All our subcontractors will be subject to non-disclosure and non-use obligations. Nevertheless, some countries may have levels of protection of personal and other information which are not as high as in your country of residence or business.

We may transfer our databases containing information if we sell our business or part of it.
